This is my 10^th trip with O’Shannessy’s and, after my husband passed away, they were so kind and couldn’t do enough for me. They pick you up at the door and drop you off home after the trip, they carry all your luggage and the accommodation is the best available in each town. The coach driver, tour director and hostess are just wonderful and are very obliging, professional and friendly. Their customer service is excellent and I just love going on their trips.

O’Shannessy’s are very approachable and they understand my needs, I have been on two trips with them, one to the Antarctica and the other more recently to the Top End. During this latest trip my mother became ill and had to be hospitalized – O’Shannessy’s were just wonderful working everything out for us, such as transport to and from the airport.
