O'Shannessy's Quality Tours COVID-19 Clean Management Plan

Travel in Style and Safety

O’Shannessy’s Quality tours proudly display our COVID Clean Practicing Business Logo and are now working within the guiding principles of Quality Tourism Australia with our COVID Safe Business Plan. As an accredited COVID Clean Practicing Business, we adhere to and implement the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene on all of our vehicles and during day to day operations while on tour. These new high standards are now the new normal for us, however this will not in any way affect your exceptional touring experience, in fact you may not even notice.

Prioritising your Health and Safety

Here at O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours, we have always implemented the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness and met or exceeded industry standards. Hand sanitizer has been just a normal part of the day to day for us, as well as a strict regime of coach cleaning and sanitizing. The health, wellbeing and safety of our passengers has always been a priority and this will continue into the future. You may notice a few changes in how we do things though.

We have initiated the removal of seat rows on all of our touring coaches, to create not only more space and comfort, but to enable better distancing between passengers on tour. While you are off taking in the scenery or enjoying a delicious snack, our Tour Directors will be busy disinfecting all touch points on the coach, so it will be fresh as a Daisy each time you step back onboard.

Signage

You may notice a few more signs around, this is just a gentle reminder to keep our distance, wash hands thoroughly and sanitise hands as we get on and off the coach.

Staff Education and Training

Our O’Shannessy’s staff are well educated and informed about all aspects of safe hygiene practices and what it means to be a COVID Clean Practicing Business. They will also be the last word on tours, as far as managing behaviours and expectations of passenger co-operation goes, in order to keep everyone safe.
