So far this year has felt like we are trying to build a house on quicksand. Things seem to change on a daily basis and at times it has felt quite overwhelming. Our recent buzz of excitement when we thought we would be touring in July, was quickly diminished with Victoria’s COVID19 numbers spiking recently. Our planned July tours have had to be pushed back to August and now September.
Here at O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours even when we are not touring, we are always thinking about you our customers and how we can enhance what you tell us, is already a fantastic touring experience.
A Challenging beginning to 2020
Myself & Berny and the team would like to start by saying a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts, to you, our incredibly loyal and supportive customer base. Your faith in us as a business in this very trying time is incredibly humbling and heartwarming.
Seniors Month Open Day:
This year's Seniors Month will look a little different to how it has been in the past.
We hope that we will still be able to invite you into the office for a cuppa, some delicious home baked treats and to meet our dedicated office staff and catch up with Chris.
We can't be certain as yet what we will be able to do, but we will keep you posted via our Website & our E-Newsletters as well as Facebook and Instagram.
To all of our wonderful senior clientele, please keep safe and keep in touch.
"Multi-award winning family owned and operated touring company O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours has over 30 years’ experience of coach touring throughout Australia, operating luxury coaches that are custom built for the comfort of senior travellers.
The O’Shannessy family’s involvement in the bus and coach industry started back in 1967, when co-founder Laurie O’Shannessy established a school bus run in Victoria’s Wimmera region. Many years later, the family moved to the Mornington Peninsula and developed a coach tour company specialising in extended accommodated tours across Australia. The Australian Business Executive spoke recently with Managing Director Chris O’Shannessy, who took over the business in 1997, to discuss the company’s accidental beginnings, its numerous industry awards, and the multi-generational approach that promises to keep the business running for many more years."
Thank you for your continued support and patronage.
