Help with cases from entry to check-in which we had on our 1st O'Shannessy's tour to Darwin 5 years ago and which I've told all my friends about.

We were so lucky to have both Greg and Danielle. Nothing was too much trouble and were both full of information plus lots of lighthearted jokes and stories going along on the coach.

As usual O'Shannessy's put the 'Quality' into their tours - an excellent balance of attractions - fabulous tour directors - way too much excellent food - and a lovely bunch of fellow travellers to meet.

This was our first venture into organised touring to see if we liked it, and I'm pleased to say we thought it was excellent from start to finish.

Christine was always cheerful, helpful informative and the best tour director we have ever me. Marc was friendly, kind, helpful and the best coach driver ever. We felt safe in his hands.

The entire trip was very enjoyable, informative and comprehensive. I can't praise enough the organisation, patience, professional skill, human and caring manner of both our guides. They alone made it a wonderful trip, not to take away from the great experiences we had.

Don't change a thing! All of O'Shannessy's staff were great and the coach crew provided an acceptional experience and really helped me to thoroughly enjoy my holiday.

Loved being picked up at my door and delivered home. Such a treat. Most enjoyable trip.

Keith and Rose were excellent. Rose gave us excellent information about all the towns we either passed through or stayed in for the night. Keith was very clear in his instructions about the times we needed to have our bags out etc. Keith and Rose were friendly, fun, very competant and attentive.

I had an excellent time. Our coach driver was exceptional. Jan our tour guide excellent. Our needs were met above and beyond. Food excellent. My first tour of Sydney. Best ever. All my blessings.

I returned yesterday from the Mungo Silo Art Trail Spring tour and write now to say thank you to all involved, especially Christine and Marc, for a splendid tour. Throughout I felt comfortable and safe and able to enjoy the many attractions visited. I shall certainly recommend O’Shannessy’s to relatives and friends.

Each time I do a tour I meet different people with a few different interests and different personalities. Yet it doesn't take long for all to become one - enjoying each others company, watching out for each other. I think this is due to the attitude of the tour directors. They set the tone for all to follow on day 1. Thank you for finding the right people!

The holiday lived up to my expectation and more!

I enjoyed myself very much and hope to make another trip in the new year.

This was my first Mystery tour and I thoroughly enjoyed not knowing the programme for each day. The local knowledge provided by the tour coach driver Paul was great. Jan and Paul were a geat team and everything went very smoothly, they mixed well at meal times and made sure everyone was looked after. Met up with several people from previous tours and shared with newcomers.

Geoff and Sue were exceptionally good. Couldn't do enough to look after us all.

Jan was lovely, friendly, helpful and always available.

Christine and Marc are a caring and very competent team. They made our 6 days very enjoyable.

The choice and/or training which is used in choosing tour directors is great. I have been incredibly impressed from the 2 tours I have done.

A really wonderful tour - Leigh and Leigh were great - Very informative, but fun to be around - obliging and nothing was a bother to them. The itinerary was just right for 4 days - filled wih adventure but there was time for relaxing and a little shopping as well. Thank you Chris and the team for such a great holiday!

Coach crew were excellent and the commentary was excellent. Always highly recommend O'Shannessy's company and staff.

Commentary was excellent about each town. Coach was always sparkling clean. Mr Leigh and Mrs Leigh were wonderful.

Brad and Mr Leigh made a great team, competant friendly and informative. The Easter extras eg. Rabbit chocolate and bunny ears made for a happy vibe. My 20th O'Shannessy's Tour maintained the high quality and friendly atmosphere of past tours. Very enjoyable!

The whole tour was great! Accomodation, coach drivers, meals, places of interest all great and well thought-out.

I've just returned from this marvelous tour! Took me to so many places that I had wanted to visit but couldn't otherwise have experienced. Shelley and Brad were the best! My first time travelling with O'Shannessy's Quality Tours but if all tour guides are are as excellent as Brad and Shelley, I will definitely be travelling with O'Shannessy's again!

Leigh and Leigh were both wonderful people, nothing is too much trouble for them. Don't know where Leigh gets all her energy from. They had no favourites on board. The knowledge they had was always good to hear. They have a vast background of touring knowledge which is always a help.

I have never travelled with Adam and Marc before, but these guys were brilliant. Their attention to detail was exceptional, there was such a pleasant, friendly atmosphere throughout the time, and I would recommend this tour. Don't forget to bring a good sense of humor and you'll be in for a treat.

The coach crew - Mr Leigh and Mrs Leigh - are great. Both were incredibly hard workers, very knowledgable, informative and caring.

Adam is an excellent tour director and Marc is a very good and safe driver - Always finding the best spot for us to depart the coach. As a combination they made this a very happy tour - Always willing to help anyone with their needs.

Christine has been an excellent tour leader. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. I will definitely travel with O'Shannessy's again.

Everything was perfect, the food great and the rooms comfortable. Plenty of rest stops.

Cathy, Terry and Marc, great people thoughtful, helpful and did a wonderful job in looking after us all. Very curteous and excellent in detail in places we visited. I particularly liked the pickup and helping at airport with luggage and check-in.

Our coach crew were fabulous all the way through we had a great group of people on board and had lots of fun and I made some great friends. Thank you to Shelley and Brad you made my trip very enjoyable and lots of fun.
