O’Shannessy’s are very approachable and they understand my needs, I have been on two trips with them, one to the Antarctica and the other more recently to the Top End. During this latest trip my mother became ill and had to be hospitalised – O’Shannessy’s were just wonderful working everything out for us, such as transport to and from the airport.
