As a thank you for travelling with O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours, you will automatically receive a saving on the total tour price for your second and subsequent tours.


O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours will match single travellers who wish to twin share with another single traveller of the same gender.

However, if this is not possible, you will need to pay the single room supplement.


If you are willing to twin share but are a smoker, have a CPAP machine or snore, you will need to pay a single supplement for a sole use room.

​O'Shanessy's Quality Tours are now providing travel insurance through Nib Insurance.


Travel insurance is not compulsory, however the Australian Government (see www.smarttraveller.gov.au) recommends all travellers no matter where you are going, obtain comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable provider at the time the balance of the tour is to be paid. It may enable you to claim back the cost of your tour if you are unable to travel or must cancel at late notice.

  • DAY 1: FRIDAY 18TH SEPTEMBER, 2026

    MELBOURNE TO SYDNEY


    Welcome to our tour to experience a sparkling gem of theatrical history, My Fair Lady at the Sydney Opera House. With chauffeured pickup from home, we travel to Melbourne Airport. Here we’ll be greeted by an O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours representative who will assist us with check in and see us onto the plane for our flight to Sydney. Arriving at Sydney Airport, we will be welcomed by our coach crew who will assist us with our luggage before we board the coach and head to Bay Window Bistro at the Randwick Golf Club where we can enjoy lunch and stunning views of Malabar Beach. Afterwards we visit the iconic Sydney Tower Eye. Located 250 metres above the Sydney streets, we’ll enjoy unrivalled 360-degree views of the city and beyond from the Observation Deck and spot the iconic landmarks and hidden gems of this beautiful harbour city. We may even see the Blue Mountains or Bondi Beach in the distance.  We then head to our hotel where we have time to relax and settle in for the next two nights.

  • DAY 2: SATURDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER, 2026

    SYDNEY SIGHTS AND MY FAIR LADY


    Today we discover Sydney with a local guide on a sightseeing tour of the stunning city. Firstly, explore cobblestone lanes and colonial buildings in The Rocks before driving to Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair on the harbour foreshore. The chair was carved out of sandstone by convicts for Governor Lachlan Macquarie’s wife in order for her to watch the activity on the harbour and await the arrival of ships from England. The point provides us with wonderful views of the Sydney Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and Fort Denison. One of the best ways to see this beautiful city is from the harbour and today we take a luncheon cruise where we enjoy an onboard dining experience while floating past the natural and manmade attractions of the harbour. Unhurried, out on the water, we circumnavigate the harbour with incredible and uninterrupted views of the sails and balconies of the Sydney Opera House. See the underside of the Harbour Bridge, the strength of the sandstone pylons and the intricate engineering of the span. Be amused by the 1930’s art deco façade of Sydney’s Luna Park as the big dipper thrills guests with new heights and dips. Witness the second residences of Australia’s Prime Minister and Governor General as you float past the gothic style Kirribilli House and neighbouring Admiralty House located on the superb Kirribilli Point. Weave among the islands and the flotilla of pleasure craft enjoying Sydney’s aquatic playground. Back on dry land, return to our hotel and have some time to relax before our early dinner. This evening, we will be entertained with My Fair Lady at the Sydney Opera House. Directed by Julie Andrews, the 2016 revival opened to huge acclaim. Now a decade on it makes a triumphant homecoming with Karen Johnson Mortimer at the helm.

  • DAY 3: SUNDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER, 2026

    SYDNEY TO MELBOURNE


    We enjoy an easy start to the day before visiting the amusing Madame Tussauds. Travel on a unique journey through the realms of the powerful and famous. The museum-style ropes and poles have gone so we can truly get up close and personal with A-list celebrities, sporting legends, political heavyweights and historical icons, reliving the times, events and moments that made the world talk about them. Don’t forget your camera so you can be photographed with your famous idol! We will then enjoy lunch on the Wharf before heading to Sydney Airport for our return flight. On arrival into Melbourne our chauffeurs will be on hand to deliver us safely right to our door – all part of the O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours superior service!

Victorian passengers from Greater Melbourne, Bendigo, Torquay, Ballarat, Geelong, the Bellarine and Mornington Peninsulas, Phillip Island and selected areas of Gippsland will be picked up from home in a private chauffeured vehicle by one of our professional drivers.

For Victorian passengers not within this pick up zone, or our interstate passengers a quote can be provided for home pickup in extended areas.

Luxury Touring Coaches

Our full size, 3 axle luxury coaches have only 32-36 passenger seats allowing you even more personal space and extra leg room. Our coaches are fitted with comfortable reclining seats with aisle arm rests, foot rests, seat belts, panoramic windows with blinds, refrigerator for passenger use, restroom, climate control air conditioning and Road Cam monitors which display the road ahead in real time. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY


Receipt of payment of funds will be taken as acceptance of O’Shannessy’s Quality Tours conditions of travel for this tour.

Prices include GST and all taxes.
